Legal Question in Family Law in California

My copies of our final judgment are different than his..

If I could've afforded a lawyer I would've had one, however..I did it myself and a judgement was granted by default. Since I did this all myself, I requested that in the division of the community property, the house would go to me. I filled out a property declaration as stated..I noticed today that on my Property Order Attachment (findings and order after hearing), that it says (in handwriting) "not ordered at either hearing" He doesn't have a copy of that order. I know I sent copies of everything. The judge signed everything. Is the house mine or not?

I'll bet the judge wrote that comment on your judgment so the house is not yours. Check the court file to see what was signed.
