Co-sign loan while divorce

My ex-wife took my vehicle away and has not made any payments on it. She is 6k behind in payments and both of our names are on the title. What can i do? Can i call the cops and call it in stolen? I have asked her to turn it into me and she wont. Financial company wont repo the vehicle...what can i do....anything at all??

YOu need to discuss this matter with an attorney as you did not provide sufficient information to respond. If the car was part of the divorce process you may be able to get a court order that she return the vehicle to you. Otherwise you need to go to court and get an order for the court to turn the car over to you.
