You will need to call around we cannot make initial contact. It's hard to give you a price. It is three pages or 100?

I don't recommend this often, but this may be a case where limited scope representation is appropriate. Limited scope representation is when an attorney would assist the client with several aspects of the case, but not become attorney of record. For example, attorney would review and organize evidence (mandatory) and draft pleadings for service and filing, but not appear at the hearing. Client and attorney would agree on duties to be performed. If additional issues arise, attorney would perform additional services for an additional fee upon client's request. This could save the client a substantial amount of money and also obtain legal services that otherwise wouldn't be available. Since the attorney wouldn't be making an appearance, a local attorney wouldn't be necessary (ergo, any California attorney.) Feel free to call around, not all attorneys will agree to provide this service.
