Legal Question in Family Law in California

Cost of Uncontested Divorce

I know price range from 100-300 for the do-it-yourself services, but it is not what I seek. I tried via 3StepDivorce, and while seems complete and accurate, it leaves too many questions. Question is, How much will it cost me to get a lawyer to do an uncontested divorce? Some details to help a more accurate estimate; married Feb 2008. Both have fully agreed on uncontested. We never owned anything together. No kids. The two main question that arise are: is it an issue if the marriage was one via proxy in Montana? We both reside in California. And two, she has two daughters, that aren't mine. Will they bring problems? She's not trying to say they are mine, or anything, how will that be seen? I's assume an uncontested divorce is less than a regular one, and I'd feel much better a lawyer doing it.
