Counseling

Can the court order counseling for a child for the reason of changing custody. Or theropy and make you pay for it by wadge assignment?

The court can order theraphy for a child if it appears that it is necessary for the welfare of the child. The parents are responsible for the costs of such theraphy, at least to the extent they are financially able.
