Legal Question in Family Law in California

Court appointed Attorney for minor child

My x refuses to allow me visitation of our minor child. She manipulates the court order. She makes it impossible for me to see our child. she continues to take me back to court making false accusations and wants supervised visitations. She wants to be the one to supervise them!I am a law abiding citizen and am no harm to my child. Each time I am able to excercise my right for visitation she is hiding down the street or sits in front of my home. The family court ignores this behavior and law enforcement advises me to go back to court. We are unable to reach any agreements in concillation because I will not agree to supervised visitatios. The x is hurt over the break-up and is unable to deal with the fact that I have moved on in which she holds back my child from me. Our child needs both parents. My question is: "Can the court appoint an attorney to a minor child so that I will not have to deal with the mothers ill feelings, and to make sure she has a relationship with both parents, and keep all visitations without manipulation, which would be in the best intrest of our child" I have been to court 6 times and our child is only 4yrs old. If so how do I go about this?

Re: Court appointed Attorney for minor child

you can go back to court and get an order for visitation under whatever terms you can sell the judge on. you can also try to get a restraining order to prevent her from stalking you during the visits.
