Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have court appointed visitations with my son on Mondays and Wednesdays. My son`s mom has signed him up for tae kwon do and the classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays. She tells me that I can no longer see him Mondays and Wednesdays but intead Tuesdays and Thursdays. Can she just do that?

No. On the other hand do you really want to go into court about it? If you are getting the same time, unless it impacts something else, just demand that if she wants a modification that it be made official by a stipulated custody modification order. If she declines, remind her that if the order is not modified and she keeps your son away from you to attend class, she will be in contempt of court.
