where can i find a motion to set aside judgement form? or can you tell me what the form number is? this is for los angeles county, California

Go to the Los Angeles Superior Court website and look for forms, particularly a form called "Notice of Motion." But you are also going to need to draft "Points and Authorities", which are not on a form. You will have to go to a law library and look up case law to cite as to why the court should set aside a judgment.

There is not such form. You have to draft it. You can pay an attorney to draft these forms for you, keeping yourself in pro per if you want.

The category here is family law. Most orders regarding custody, child support, or alimony can be revised on motion of a party that shows a change in circumstances warranting the change.

Maybe you can proceed in that vein.
