Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have a court hearing coming up in Sacramento,after a Ex-parta hearing that I filed and was granted temporary custody of our five year daughter,I live in Riverside County,over 400 miles away, and I work. I would like to know if I can appear by telephone?

You have to check with the court. Each court and even each judge has different policies on that.
