Legal Question in Family Law in California

In court the judge claimed verbal and emotional abuse is "implied" here;

Parental Responsibilities:

3. Neither parent shall use physical discipline with the children nor allow others to do so.

Now that the other parent is continuing to verbally and emotionally abuse my children

(as little as 4 days after the court date)

Is it actually implied in the word physical? I understand "physical" is the top-rung of abuse.

How do I inforce this "implied" order?

I already have a request in for a transcript of court hearing.

I believe what the Judge meant was the abuse of any kind is never acceptable. Physical discipline is altogether different. If you think the other parent is abusing your children in any manner you must file papers with the Court giving the factual information showing the abuse and request that the court make appropriate orders to protect your children. Just having a transcript of what occurred at a prior hearing may not be helpful.
