Legal Question in Family Law in California

Court Martial AND Alienation of Affection

I heard of a case a few years ago where a wife (or x-wife) sued the mistress for bresaking up the marriage and referenced it as, I believe, "alienation of affection".

Does this hold water in California? May I sue for this? The "other person" is in the U.S. Navy, I understand I can have them court martialed, how?

Thank you,

P.s. There are small children involved who are suffering due to the extramarital affair.

Re: Court Martial AND Alienation of Affection

You cannot have that type of lawsuit in California. The Navy has its own rules so go ahead and report it to them if you want.
