Legal Question in Family Law in California

Court Minutes

Is it possible to get the minutes from the court hearing that I had a few months ago? I think there's a mistake on my court order and I'd like to see the minutes. Also, I live out of state so if it's possible, how could I go about getting the minutes? Thanks for answering my question.

Re: Court Minutes

Yes, you can get copies of the minute order. It should be in your court file. Contact the court's clerk by telephone. See if they will send you a copy of the minute order. You'll probably have to send a check for a copy of the order and a self addressed stamped envelop.
