Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can a court order be amended, because a lawyer did not attach a exhibit. My child custody increased but no disamaster was included to show the decrease in support. Can I add the disamaster to the order?

Did the court order a decrease in support? If the court did not expressly rule that the support would be lowered and to how much, it would not be proper to attach the Dissomaster report. If the court did actually order lower support, omitting the Dissomaster report is not a serious error in the order. The order should have said the new amount in the body of the order and the attachment would not be necessary. If the order just referenced an attached Dissomaster report, then yes you can ask to have the order amended to reflect the court's actual ruling.
