Legal Question in Family Law in California

There are is no court order as of yet, the court date is in June. Will it look bad in the eye of the court if I don't let my child's father see her. I ask because he will not let me see her for a week at a time, basically if he has her, he decides whether or not I can get her

Get the court order as soon as possible. You may be able to get an emergency custody order. Remember, the emotional stability and well-being of your child is paramount. Both parents need to focus on being the responsible adult at all times in these matters. Good luck with this.
