Legal Question in Family Law in California

what's next

If I have a court order saying that I am entitled to visitation only, and I want to have at least 50/50 custody, is that it? Do I get another chance to request from the court to re-evaluate/change it's mind? Or am I stuck with only visitation with no hope of getting any kind of custody?

You should try to file a motion to have the order reconsidered. There are many options for an individual who is unsatisfied with a court order.

Good luck
