court order but then marriage reconciled

What if there was a court order of joint custody ,primary physical custody with the father. the order is from 1998 and since then parents have remarried and just recently mother left marriage again child is 9 yrs of age now and wants to live with mother father has been fighting her is that order back in effect????

No the back order is not in effect if the parents remmaried each other. A new action should be filed for dissolution and child custody. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
