Legal Question in Family Law in California

court order

I recently got divorced and before the divorce was the support order. My husband at the time wasn't present at the court hearing. I waived my right to alimony that day cause i was promised by the respondant that he would continue to keep me on his health insurance. The support order states that he must provide medical, dental and vision ins for both mother and child. Does not have an end date, just that he must. The day we received the finalization for our divorce he satrted calling his insurance to cancel by insurance. Can he do that? Can I go back and regain my rights to almiony since he didn't keep up on the order for ins?

Re: court order

The medical insurance provided by his employer ceases to cover you when the marriage is dissolved. You should take the court documents to an attorney for a consultation.
