Legal Question in Family Law in California

Court Order not to remove children from state

I served my sonon to be ex with divorce papers and also seeking full custody. There was an order that stated neither of us could remove the children from California. She was served her papers and still sent the kids to Texas. We went before a judge this morning about custody and the judge made light of the situation based on the respondents lies. Isn't she in violation of that court order? How do I get the court to bring my kids back home?

You should contact the DA to see if they can enforce the court order. In addition I would file a motion for a contempt for a violation of the court order.

Good luck,
