Legal Question in Family Law in California

court order

My ex and I have share custody of our two children we alternate weeks. My children do not want to go with their dad anymore, do I have to make them go or can they chose not to go? I have a court day in May to request a change in the custody but for the mean time what can I do?

Re: court order

The answer would depend upon the facts in your case. How old are the children. Why don't the children want to visit with their father. You should discuss the facts with an attorney to get advice regarding your options.
