My situation:
1) Salary after taxes is $3,000.
2) I am paying for the house $1,500 + property taxes + house insurance + etc. = $2,000 per month.
3) I am paying family medicine $440 per month.
4) I have to rent apartment for myself for $1000 per month (including gas, electricity, telephone, garbidge, etc.).
5) I need money for food ($500 per mo.), gas for the car ($100 per mo.), etc.
So I have negative ballance at list -$1,040 montly and I have to live for my credit cards.
And now she is going to get Court Order and have me pay more to support her...
Can you help me?

Not enough information. I assume both kids are yours. Is she living in the house? If so, she would have to make the mortgage payment. She probably has earning ability of at least minimum wage, about $1000/mo. How often do you see the children? How long have you been married. If the court orders child support AND spousal support, I would expect your total support to be at least $1000/mo, possibly $1350.
You may not be able to pay your credit card bills. Perhaps the house should be sold.
