Legal Question in Family Law in California

we have a court order for visitaion with my son but he is not on the birth certificate and no paternity has been established.I went to modify the visitation and he requested a paternity test. does he have any legal rights to my child?

I have never heard of a court order for visitation without a determination of paternity, unless it was a temporary order while a paternity case was pending. So your question doesn't sound accurate. Being on the birth certificate or not is completely irrelevant to anything and has been for over a decade.
