Legal Question in Family Law in California
The court ordered a forensic accounting of our business for spousal support purposes, the report gave a better view of my spouses income.. the differences being large amount each per that does not show on my spouses tax return , alot of things were used by the family or home..would that difference be added to my spouse's to income for support?

When you are getting into forensic accounting you really should contract with an attorney to help you with a case. If the business valuation is worth getting a forensic accounting done, it is probably worth hiring a local attorney.
