Legal Question in Family Law in California

The court ordered that each parent has to provide their address where the child resides. My ex moved three months ago, but she refused to provide her new address where the child resides. Can I take her back to court to amend the order? Can I call the police on her for child abduction?

You can take her back to court for contempt. It is not child abduction.

Why would you want to amend it? That word means change it. If she is in violation of it, you cite her for contempt, unless you want her to get out of trouble.
