Why are you concerned about it if it is not his? If it is not his, the paternity test will exclude him as the biological father of the child. The law would allow him to file a petition to determine paternity, for an unborn child, but you would be allowed to file a response to the petition denying his paternity. If your story is true, you could probably get a restraining order against him, and get the court to award you your attorney's fees.
