Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I Have Court Ordered Visitation With My Son, Who's 8, Three Weekends Out Of Every Month, Plus Two Days A Week, Each Week, Can The Father (Who Has Full Physical, But We Share Joint Legal Custody) Move To Another State Without My Permission Or Knowledge?

If this move interrupts your current court ordered visitation, then you should return to court requesting enforcement of the visits, modification of the parenting arrangement if you accept the move or request custody and the return if the child to your state if you object to the move.
