Court orders

I have an order stating my soon to be ex-husband has to return the car he took from me and must pay spousal support, he has not done either- how do I collect?

You will have to take action to collect. The spousal support can be collected by attaching his wages. An OSC contempt for his failure to return the car can be filed. The contempt case is soemewhat complex and requires you to prove the elements of the contempt beyond a reasonable doubt.
