Legal Question in Family Law in California

Court orders

My question is about child visitation and court orders. I had a mediation with my ex but still pending to be seen in front of the judge. I did, however, sign papers agreeing with random drug testing, visitation with children and child support to be determined by the judge. My court date has been continued until next month but my ex keeps sending me text messages that he wants me to go get drug tested immediately! There is no reason for me to go until it is court ordered by the judge right? Is there any way that the judge ordered this without me knowing it? Wouldn't I have to be in court to get the paperwork on this? My ex is telling me that it has been ordered but I don't know if I should believe him. There is a history of domestic violence as well but how can I get them to pull his records?

Re: Court orders

did your agreement have a date for the drug test? btw, an agreement usually doesn't become an order until signed by the judge. I'd simply as the ex for a copy of the order requiring the immediate drug test.
