if the court terminates their jurisdiction over property issues, can my ex take me back to court to try and get my house and other property assets?

No, unless she is claiming that you violated a court order to do something regarding the property. Have you already divided the community property? If so, probably nothing she can do.
Mr. Tuann is right, but the key point is whether the court has divided all the property in a final judgment. Unless the court has divided all the marital property, the court cannot abandon jurisdiction over it. A judgment that leaves assets of the marriage undivided can always be reopened to address division of the omitted property.
Your question leaves open if these property items you mentioned were divided in any way by the court. If they were not mentioned in a division, the court can treat this oversight as an omitted asset and allow on filing a motion requesting their division.
