Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have court tomorrow. It's mostly to sit in on my ex husband's case. County of San Bernardino Vs. John Brizzee. I'm the other parent. He was ordered a total of $307 starting August 2nd, 2012, and the 2nd thereafter. Since then, he has not paid one penny. All of a sudden last month, we got these papers. Can you tell me what I might expect in court tomorrow? And what they might do to him?

This is a child support enforcement case that is being brought by the County or rather more specifically the California Department of Child Support Enforcement to compel payment of the child support. You should consult with a family law attorney or with the child support enforcement agency in your county about this matter.
