Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a cousin thats 18yrs old. I live in the States...he lives in Canada, but is a UK citizen. How can he come to the states and can i be his legal guardian and put him through College in the States?

He doesn't need a legal guardian if he is 18. 18 is the age of majority in California, and he is no longer a minor. He will need to comply with immigration law, however, and for more information on that, I suggest you repost in the immigration category for information regarding student visas, etc.
