Legal Question in Family Law in California

Cps just called me saying that my mom ,the grandmother of my daughter , can not help me out every so often on saturdays, because of schooling.The can take my 1//2 of the custody if i do not stop.

CPS has way too much power. But the alternative to listening to them can be dreadful. You can always appeal to the court but don't hold your breath.
