Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can CPS(child protective services) check all the rooms?

They are supposed to come cause im getting a family friends kid.

Can they go through all the rooms or will they and check everything?

I would think that CPS would want to look into every room, and if there is a room you did not want to look into would be cause to reject your home.
