Legal Question in Family Law in California

cps and court

with five years past not having legal rights to my children,is there a way to get legal rights. with the fact that i was in depression the whole time. and can for that depression can i take that to court sense i was not helped or recognized the depression wich affected me,to get legal rights back.

I do not agree with the answer of Mr. Lemmons. Generally when parental rights are terminated by the juvenile court because CPS filed a petition with the juvenile court, the children adoptable and are generally adopted. If your children were adopted in is very unlikely that you will be successful in regaining your parental rights.
