cps false aligations

i have three sons one 17,14,21 monthes 17,14 i raised as singal father since babys.17 yrld was born with spinabifida and hydrosafalice he was required to catiterize due to small bladder and urin backing up in kidneys well he refused in last couple years causing urin to back up in kidneys causing kidney infection causing his death on aug 15 2006 due to

acute sepisis shock.following day police come breaking throuw door followed by cps workers they aresst me and girlfraind charging us with meadical neglect child abuse child indangernment also statting they were waiting for corinors report and if it proves he died due to medical neglect they would charge me with mansloughter or murder one cps then takes 14 and 21 month old. when we get to station the police had us sign relese pappers tear up the papper work apuligize to us and relesed us with no charges.now cps is saying if we dont go through with ther serv. they will take away all serv.offered and adopt them out (if we dont agree with charges)all there aligations are hear say not true they have no proof of any of them the main one they had to go with was my son death was cause medical neglect on my part so other kids are at riskhosp says diff.howcanigetkidsbackcanihospisbensuedmal

Re: cps false aligations

You need to review you file with an attorney that is familar with juvenile dependency cases. It is not necessary for criminal charges to be filed for CPS to be able to come into your home and take your children.
