If my parental rights have been term. And i am appealing - how am i suppose to get my side of the story and pinpoint the mistakes made w/ the right laws?

A record of the proceedings in dependency court. This record consists of the documents filed with the court clerk, a record of the hearings in the case. After the record is prepared and filed with the court of appeals you must file your opening brief. This brief must cite the record regarding what occurred in the dependency court. Then cases are cited that support the position of the appellant. This a rather complex process, and requires a considerable amount of time.
