crazy question
My wife and I are in the process of seperating. She is threatening to have a baby by invetro and making me take care of baby, even though I have no parts in decision. My question is: If she goes through with this, Am I responsible for the unborn child, just because I am her husband? (she's planning on using donor) I am able to have children, but she is not and I am not donating anything.. I know it sounds crazy, but it's true

The consent of the husband must be received by the doctor prior to the insemination for the husband to be the legal father. If she has a child demand a dna test to determine paternity, unless she will state in court that you cannot father a child.
