credit card debt

My husband and I decided to divorce in November 2007. Since then, he has accumulated $4000.00 in credit card debt and is still charging today. When we seperate, will I have to pay these bills.

if they benefitted the community yes. if not, then no. you should file a petition to disolve your marriage asap. establish the date of separation because any debt he accumulates after the date of separation is his alone.
