Criminal Protection Order
Is a criminal protection order still valid if someone has been sent to prison and the CPO is still within its valid date of issuance??

You are referring to a restraining order? Any restraining, whether issued in a criminal proceedings or civil proceeding, has an expiration date on it which is on the face page (front page) of the order.
