Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custoday

My daughters father and I were not married when we had our daughter she is going on 12. I have never taken him to court to establish paternity or get a custody order. He see's her about once or twice a month. I would like to move out of the state he says he will not let me take her and will fight me in court. Can he prevent me from taing her out of state?

Re: Custoday

You will need to establish a custody and support order asap. If you have good reason to remove her from CA the judge may grant your request.
