Legal Question in Family Law in California

Custodial Interference

My 15 year old daughter has run away from home. She was aided by her non-custodial parent and is with him now. I had a runaway report made by the local police and located her with her father. He is threatening to keep her and fight for custody of her and my 2 other children living with me. What are my rights in California as a full custodial parent?

Re: Custodial Interference

you have the right to get the kid back unless he gets the CA court to change the custody.
