Is it possible to have custodial parent live in mate, court sopened to testify, that their the primary caregiver of a young child?

You can subpoena anyone to appear in court. That does not ensure that the person will testify as you either wish or expect. The issue you raise may not be pertinent to the issue of custody and time share. If you have an attorney you should discuss this with your attorney. If you do not have an attorney then you should definitely discuss this with an attorney.
