Legal Question in Family Law in California

The Custodial Parent of my minor child commited perjury on his Declaration of Support Payment History and I have proof to that effect to show payments were made, received and cashed, prior to the date he signed the Declaration. What can I do to ensure my file is flagged with the simple fact that the Custodial Parent cannot be trusted? What are the chances he will be prosecuted for perjury? Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
