Custodial parent wants to move out of state
If I am the custodial parent having aprx. 65% of the timeshare, and I want to move out of state, do I need the courts or the non-custodial parents permission? There is nothing in the paperwork saying I can't. Can he stop me?

Moving out of state without either his consent or a court order can be expensive. The court could order you to bring you child back to California pending a court determination regarding your moving. Also the court is likely to take a dim view of moving out of state without a court order or his consent.
