Legal Question in Family Law in California

The custodial parent is stating on her child support expenses she has a medical hardship for $300. The judge did not get specifics and was only told by the petitioner she had "2 autoimmune diseases and another disease". How and especially what form do I use to subpoena her proof of this hardship; do I ask for medical records or would it be easier to request proof of payment (bank statements/cancelled checks/...).

Unless you want to challenge the diagnosis, there is no need to go to the trouble of getting medical records, which are subject to challenges not available in most document demand situations. If it were my call I'd just subpoena bank records and checks.
