my mom was givin costody of my son. She has said she adopted him but i never signed any paper work is this possable? i am active in his life and paid my child support. there is a whole lot more to this story but it said to keep it simple thank you ...

You did not state how your mother obtained custody. In juvenile court a parent's rights can be terminated and the child put up for adoption without the parent signing any document. However, the parent should have plenty of notice that the court will be terminating parental rights.
