At what age can my son decide that he doesn't want to go to his dad's and he not have to be forced to go by court order?

Re: Custody
He can make his own choice when he reaches age 18. Until that time it is the judge who will make the final decision. The judge will listen to what your son desires, but he better have real good reasons to say that he doesn't want to see his father. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
