Legal Question in Family Law in California

Under our custody agreement the court ordered that I cover health insurance for our then 11 year old daughter( who is now 15) and we split the cost of co-pays., I lost my job and my ex refuses to get health insurance. What is my recourse?

You need to file a motion to modify the child support order and ask the judge to determine if either or you should be ordered to obtain insurance. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
