Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just went through custody agreement with the father, I let my son go live with his dad, were going off his other sons school schedule for holidays, and regular visitation, however my son was enrolled in a year round school, and the schedule goes off by his other son in which hes in a regular school, The year round portion of the custody schedule is blank, and the father is failing to cooperate and discuss this matter, whats the next step for me
