Custody

Can i have two custody agreement, one in SC and another in CA

In other words can i have a seperate agreement in Ca stating that me and the mother share jiont physical custody of the child and one in SC stating the same. Is that legal and can be done?

You wouldn�t be breaking any laws but if one state�s judge knows there is an action in the other state then he will probably refuse to accept jurisdiction. What you want makes no sense and there is no rational reason for doing that.
