custody agreements and the new girlfriend

My boyfriend put an agreement to not have his ex date anyone until they had a background check and were approved by a child psych. Well now he and I have been dating for over a year an a half and I still havent met his kids. Can he lift this or what all would be entailed to have me checked out?!?!?!

That was a pretty tough clause that they put into their stipulation. Has he discussed with her whether she would be willing to change that? Otherwise, either go to court to have the court modify that part of the agreement, or go have a background check and be evaluated by a chld psych.
